The converter works very well, but isn't very clearly labeled, so check the file properties to make sure you are converting to the right format.
There are two small problems with Free FLV Converter, however. Firstly, you cannot pause downloads, which can be a problem for longer videos. Secondly, Free FLV Converter has a large range of adult websites.
